DTC Supported a Bahrain-based
client's D365 implementation using a
bespoke ERP system. The customer is
in the Engineering and Construction
industry. Due to the nature and
complexity of the business in terms of
WBS and CBS operations, they faced
several challenges with their Project
Accounting.
The customer wished to use D365's basic functionality to automate the WBS and CBS processes. In addition, the customer was curious about the profit generated by each project.

WHAT DID WE DO?
A Bahrain Government-owned
organisation took over the current
company. Because the previous
management was familiar with
Microsoft AX, the new management
wanted to take over the company to
implement D365 and reap the
product's benefits.
Processes such as BRS, Workflows for regular transactions, pulling out management reports using MR and Power BI, Code reviews and code optimisations were among the critical tasks completed to stabilise the company.
