WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT?
DTC assisted a pharmaceutical distributor in Dubai implementing NAV LS for medical shops. The need toknow real end-customer sales arose to plan inventory availability and what to acquire. Because their medical stores are controlled by different persons,
extracting/gathering the data has proven to be a
significant difficulty
WHAT DID WE DO?
All of the medical stores have Retail POS installed.
Items, prices, and discounts were all managed
centrally. The cashier/employees at the medical
shops will now enter the sales into the system, where
the system will automate the pricing and discounts.
The visibility of end-customer sales increased, allowing for better planning of what to buy and what not to buy. Customers had a positive experience across all locations since the costs of the drugs in each store varied. As the preceding became clear, the client created the loyalty programme and loyaltyrelated incentive
